Clean rooms, very nice views from the balcony, descent breakfast and the family that owns it is very friendly.Very nice and convenient location, from there you can go almost anywhere with ease.If I ever come back to Assisi I will visit it again.

I was here for a week, clean and comfortable lodging, great food and hosts are all great. Everyone was friendly, worked with me on my limited command of the Italian language. This place was at a great central location.
